Local Food Recs

Courtney and I have made a list below of some of our favorite places to eat. We have lots of great restaurants, breweries, and wineries around our area that you would love! Here is a short list of spots we highly recommend.

  • The Iron Cafe is definitely one of our favorite spots. We love it so much that we have partnered with them to gift you two free coffees. Grab some breakfast while you are there!

  • Copperfields is a great pub right in Montgomery. They serve local craft beers and yummy food to go along with it.

  • Hudson Taco is a fantastic place to grab some street tacos and a margarita! Located right next to the Hudson River you’ll enjoy your meal with a beautiful view.

  • Best cheese curds you’ll ever have! They have two locations with great views and amazing food. One in Middletown and another New Paltz.

  • Located just across the river you can enjoy high class dinning without the long drive!

  • Right in Walden you’ll find The HQ for Angry Orchard. A fantastic spot to visit in the fall!

  • Looking for some good ole NY Pizza? Look no further. Pasquales has some bomb salads and other meals.

  • Go explore large industrial art in and around beautiful fields.

  • One of our favorite spots to eat some lunch or read a book. They have river access for fishing or kayaking and some walking trails!

  • A groovy hip town with lots of fantastic food, shops, and mountain views.
